Vittoria Ristorante opened its doors in August of 2008. Vittoria is founded by Vince Romanelli and co-owned with Marty Savko & Steve Savko of Nick Savko and Sons Inc. Vince's company, Romanelli and Hughes Building Company, built Vittoria in old world Tuscan style, exemplified by the architecture and finish details through out. From his home town of Alvito Italy, represented by hand painted murals on the walls in the lounge, to the large open dining areas with barrel vaulted, faux finished, ceilings. The cuisine is authentic Italian mastered by Head Chef Nick Bedalli, from DaVinci Restaurant. The team at Vittoria produces innovative modern Italian cuisine along side the classic favorites. The inspiration behind the name Vittoria comes from Nick Bedalli's Mother. Vittoria Restaurant is very proud to have Stella Chapin, the former owner of Casa di Pasta as their very own Restaurant Ambassador.
